Mental Health Plans

If you or someone you know is struggling with their mental health reach out and book an appointment to discuss with your GP.

Mental health illness affects 20% of Australians each year.  45% of Australians will experience mental
illness in their lifetimes.  You are not alone!

Mental health issues include depression, anxiety, mood disorders and gender dysphoria, perinatal anxiety/depression, grief reactions and bipolar disorder amongst others.

Don’t navigate this without help – there are many treatment options and support
mechanisms  ensure you get back to a
brighter and more positive future.

The independent practitioners comprehensively assess their patients, discuss interventions, investigations and treatment options which can include psychology, lifestyle changes or medication if the doctor and patient feel this is required.
